微软雅黑;">在这轮药谷ME&WE系列专访中，曾雳是位比较特别的“具有良好学科背景、跨文化交流，以及综合的研发和管理能力的职业经理人”。1998年，北京大学化学本科毕业后，他前往美国斯坦福大学攻读博士学位，“从事的是细胞色素酶仿生学的研究，涉及无机、有机、物化和生化等多个化学分支的交叉学科探索。”曾雳在加州大学伯克利分校做博士后时，恰逢诺华要在苏州设立化学工艺开发研发中心，招一个搭建工艺安全和工程实验室平台的负责人，他借此回国发展。后来曾雳作为礼来动保在中国的研发负责人，一边推进总部在中国诸多的研发项目，一边确保产品的注册申报、市场准入和科学事务等事宜，不仅要和公司内部各个部门沟通协调，也需要和外包服务公司、行业协会以及政府部门打交道。后来曾雳加入民营企业和生物技术公司，逐渐走上了综合管理的职业道路。<br/></span></p><p 15px;">“这近十个项目中，一个表观遗传抗肿瘤项目已经正式递交中美的IND申报，预计将在今年第四季度获得中美两地的临床试验批准，开展探索治疗晚期实体瘤或血液恶性肿瘤的首次人体临床试验。另外一个项目利用靶向蛋白降解这一目前全球热门的新技术平台，开发针对于肿瘤驱动基因的新一代精准治疗药物，同时能够解决上一代药物无法解决的耐药难题，即将开展临床申报前的系列研究工作。还有一个靶向自身免疫疾病的单克隆抗体的项目，目前基本完成了临床前候选化合物筛选，并且积极和多家企业在协商继续共同开发，有望为自身免疫疾病的病人带来更多的治疗选择。“</span></p><p
