深耕建筑行业已有27年的邓锐权，是土生土长的新加坡人。2014年，他加入隧道股份城建国际新加坡区域中心后，就一直在这家公司工作至今。他说，除了工作带来的成就感，这家中国公司的企业文化也深深吸引着他。

10px;">“公司一直积极参与新加坡大部分轨道交通线路的建设，包括东北线、环线、市区线、汤申—东海岸线和跨岛线等。”邓锐权说，他本人更是全程参与了新加坡轨交汤申线T225项目的建设，这是一个大型项目，总共花了七年的时间建设，参与其中的成就感和喜悦感是难以形容的。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">比如珊顿道站项目，是轨道交通汤申—东海岸线第三阶段的一部分。“虽然这个车站将于2022年下半年开放，但它已经对当地的房地产价值产生了直接影响，也将为居民提供与岛上其他地区无缝连接的交通方式。”邓锐权说，轨道交通网络塑造了土地利用价值和发展模式，创造了就业机会，促进了经济增长。它还鼓励人们从私人交通转向公共交通，从而减少国家的碳排放。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">邓锐权笑谈，他对中国企业的一个早期印象是：技术落后过时。然而在隧道股份的8年经历，却恰恰告诉他事实是相反的。“公司在隧道施工和BIM技术方面的先进性，给我留下了特别深刻的印象。”邓锐权说，隧道股份在行业中赢得了非常好的声誉，并为新加坡带来了很多优秀的基础设施。</p></section></section><section 10px;">“作为一家中国公司，隧道股份有着多元的文化，对员工也很包容。”邓锐权打了一个比喻，公司就像一个“联合国”，有来自多个国家的工作人员，包括中国、缅甸、菲律宾、马来西亚、印度、孟加拉国、韩国等。公司对不同的文化、不同的员工具有很强的包容性，和谐的氛围让他对中国企业有了不同的看法。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">邓锐权还没有去过中国，但是通过各种媒体渠道他能感受到过去20年中国巨大的社会和经济转型及其对全球经济的影响。“STEC（隧道股份）新加坡公司开启了我对现代中国的认识。”邓锐权说，隧道股份新加坡公司的领导层很民主，他们会让员工一起参与决策过程。在做出对项目有利的决策或施工方法时，公司也愿意承担更多的预期风险。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">邓锐权对中国同事的评价也很高。“我曾与一位中国年轻的设计工程师共事，她学习新知识的能力很出色，对工作具有高度责任感和自驱力。同时，她还始终保持谦虚，对周围的人非常尊重，这些美德在当下并不常见，这让我们的合作十分愉快。”</p><p>最近，邓锐权正忙着沟通和协调刚刚中标的陆交局新加坡地铁CR102项目，筹划工地准备和现场办公室的建设。他展望道：“我渴望继续与公司一起成长，因为公司具备强大的管理能力和兼收并蓄的管理方式。这一点的最佳证明就是，隧道股份已连续两年获评‘新加坡最佳雇主’。”</p></section></section><section
