2022南京国家海外人才离岸创业基地“智汇江宁”国际人才跨境路演赛刚刚落下帷幕,来自欧、美、日、韩等多个国家近40个国际前沿科技项目经过精彩角逐之后,现场专家评委综合评出十大获奖项目,速度了解一下:


一等奖(2名)


深紫外LED外延芯片及紫外光源


国家半导体照明“十四五规划”表明,“深紫外LED外延技术是重大关键性技术”。深紫外LED主要功能是杀菌消毒,能广泛应用于水净化、空气净化、表面杀菌和医疗领域。据中科院专家推测:未来全球深紫外LED的潜在市场规模为5000亿美元。目前国内企业以小功率外延芯片为主,功率越大,技术门槛越高。本项目的技术创新点是研发和量产 50~100MW大功率深紫外 LED 外延芯片及紫外光源模组器件。团队研发的紫外光源模组系列产品包括:车载空调杀菌模组、便携式杀菌模组-婴童系列、冰箱杀菌模组、医用杀菌模组等。


National semiconductor lighting “14th Five-Year Plan” illustrates that “deep ultraviolet (UV) LED epitaxial technology is a key technology”. The main function of Deep UV LED is sterilization and disinfection. It can be widely used in water purification, air purification, surface sterilization and medical fields. According to experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the potential market size of the global deep UV LED in the future is $500 billion. At present, domestic enterprises mainly focus on small power epitaxial chips. The higher the power, the higher the technical threshold. Dr. Kim’s team shows an advantage in 50~100MW high-power epitaxial chips and UV light module products. The team has developed UV light module products, including car air conditioning sterilization module, portable sterilization module-baby series, refrigerator sterilization module, and medical sterilization module, etc.


基于深度学习的先进材料表面技术


项目根据碳纤维生产线产品质量要求,将生产过程中的实时图像送入神经网络的特征金字塔中,以便提取出不同缺陷对应的不同特征。再用分类器对提取出的特征实现精准分类。用此种方式来实现系统化地解决碳纤维生产所出现的表面质量检测问题。在后续生产过程中,对已有的神经网络模型进行迁移学习,不断地自学习来匹配因工艺、生产过程的改变所带来的变化,辅助进行碳纤维工艺改进及产品等级划分。


According to the product quality requirements of carbon fiber production, the project sends real-time images of the production process to the feature pyramid of the neural network in order to extract different features corresponding to different defects. A classifier is then used to accurately classify the extracted features. This approach systematically solves the problem of surface quality inspection during carbon fiber production. In the subsequent process, the existing neural network model is used for migration learning. Continuous self-learning can adapt to the changes brought by the production process, and assist in the improvement of carbon fiber production and product classification.


二等奖(3名)


手提式核酸闪检实验室


对于新冠病毒检测时间长、效率低、难以满足大规模快速检测需求类问题,该路演团队开发出一款集免提取核酸释放、微球固化、急速PCR扩增三大核心技术为一体的手提式核酸闪检实验室。该产品可在30分钟左右得出核酸检测成果,灵敏度达到98.3%,特异性100%。同时,该产品采用的SimpiDx系统小巧便携、能现场检测且时间较短。目前,第一代手提式核酸闪检平台已经上市,并在香港临床检验实验室进行使用。此外,该平台还可以在CDC及海关检验检疫、食品安全检测等领域使用。


For problems such as long Covid-19 detection time, low efficiency, and being difficult to realize large-scale rapid detection, the team develops a portable molecular diagnostic lab integrated with three core technologies: no extraction nucleic acid release, microsphere drying, and rapid PCR amplification. The product can produce nucleic acid detection results in about 30 minutes with a sensitivity of 98.3% and specificity of 100%. The SimpiDx system adopted is compact, portable, and capable of on-site and short-term testing. Currently, the first generation of the portable molecular diagnostic platform is available and is being used in clinical testing laboratories in Hong Kong. In addition, the platform can also be used in clinical testing, CDC and customs inspection and quarantine, food security testing, and other fields.


手持式三维激光扫描仪及工业大数据化


该项目旨在完成手持式三维激光扫描仪的研发与生产。该产品通过双目相机系统,可将物体的表面结构扫描成三维点云数据,并生成点云图纸。该设备可以帮助使用者进行被扫描物体的结构逆向化设计;与原始三维设计图纸进行叠加比较以实现全方位加工工艺质检;对历史文物或名胜古迹进行建模以实现数字化存储;帮助游戏领域完成巨大地图场景的实物模型结构导入,节约大量的建模时间。


This project aims at developing and producing a handheld 3D laser scanner. Through a binocular camera system, the product scans the surface structure of an object into 3D point cloud data and generates point cloud drawings. The device can help users to achieve a reverse design of the scanned object structure. It overlays and compares with the original 3D design drawings to achieve a full range of processing quality control. It can also accomplish 3D modeling of historical relics for digital storage and import the physical model structure of huge map scenes into games, saving a lot of time.


TissUse器官芯片

德国著名微观生理学科学家Mr. UWE MARX远程介绍了基于人体器官芯片精准医疗的科学背景,给患者所带来的福音,以及对社会和商业的利好之处。其最先进的基于四器官芯片有助于医生对患者病情提供靶向治疗组合方案,并预测治疗结果,从而大大提高患者的治愈率也促进新药物研发的成功率。


Mr. UWE MARX,a renowned German micro-physiologist introduced the scientific background, the patient’s benefit and the outstanding social and commercial attractiveness of the “Patient-on-a-Chip” transforming precision medicine. The most advanced four-organ-based chip is conducive for the doctors to provide target medical treatment portfolio and predict the treatment results, thus greatly increasing the success rate of treatment and development of new drugs.

医学超声智能解决方案


随着市场对更加定制化、移动化、网络连接、易于使用和智能设备的需求不断增加,该团队相信应用程序和人工智能将成为下一代超声系统的核心。现在,该团队正在开发两个重要的应用程序,用于肝脏分析和肺部分析。有关肝脏分析的应用程序,这是一款结合人工智能技术、图像分析和临床信息的产品,以获得更准确的肝脏疾病诊断。肺部分析——使用超声成像治疗肺部疾病是一项创新技术,因 COVID-19 紧急情况而变得非常流行。


With the ever-increasing demand for more customized, mobile, web-connected, easy-to-use and intelligent devices, the team believes that software applications and AI will be at the heart of the next generation of its ultrasound systems. Now, the team is developing two important applications, for liver analysis and for lung analysis, respectively. Among others, the Liver Studio is a product that combines AI technology, image analysis, and clinical information to obtain a more accurate diagnosis of liver diseases. For LUNGS ANALYSIS, it uses ultrasound imaging for the lung diseases and it is an innovative technology that is becoming very popular because of the COVID-19 emergency.


支持国产边缘AI芯片的开发自动化套件


项目CTO介绍了该团队研发的支持国产边缘AI芯片的开发自动化套件,其以边缘计算为5G未来发展的重点,项目套件包括软件框架、硬件、工具链、参考算法和应用,可降低企业在边缘装置开发人工智能的阻力,助力更多企业进入AI行业。


The CTO of the company introduces the automation developer kit developed by the team to support domestic edge AI chips, with edge computing as the focus of the future development of 5G. The project kit includes software framework, hardware, tool chain, reference algorithms and applications, which can reduce the resistance of enterprises to develop artificial intelligence on edge devices and help more enterprises enter the AI industry.


新型纳米银胶束外用广谱杀菌软膏


基于过去近 10 年对银纳米材料制备改性、医学性能以及作用机理等整个材料生命周期的科学研究成果,该团队利用银纳米颗粒和传统抗生素在分子水平的相互作用而产生的协同杀菌作用,制备出外敷用的杀菌软膏,该软膏对于耐药性细菌具有广谱和高效的杀菌效果,可用于烧伤和各种创面的治疗和恢复。


Based on the scientific research results of the entire material life cycle including the preparation and modification, medical properties and action mechanism of silver nanomaterials in the latest decade, the team develops antibacterial ointments by using synergistic sterilization effect produced by the interaction of silver nanoparticles and traditional antibiotics at the molecular level. The ointment has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency bactericidal effect on drug-resistant bacteria, and can be used for the treatment and recovery of burns and various wounds.


大轮胎回收


该团队介绍了该公司发明的超高压 (UHP) 水射流来粉碎(回收)橡胶。这种再生橡胶可以在新的橡胶化合物中重复使用,该回收技术有利于保护环境节省材料,以及减少二氧化碳排放,这种既绿色环保又有利可图的回收方式十分独特。


The team introduced the company’s invention of Ultra-High pressure (UHP) water jetting to pulverize (to recycle) rubber. This recycled rubber can be re-used in new rubber compounds, which is good for protecting the environment, saving materials and reducing carbon dioxide. This green and profitable recycling solution is very unique.


水系锌基电化学储能器件


该项目置于碳中和、制造业、能源产业转型的大背景下,开发一类水系锌基储能器件。水系锌基电池能在中国本土实现从原材料到生产乃至后处理等各个阶段的商业化。同时,该项目迎合新一代电化学储能器件研发需要,对碳中和、能源/制造业转型有所帮助。此外,该类电池可以填充锂电的市场空白,且其具有高功率密度(约为锂电10-20倍)、低成本(电芯和器件成本分别为商业锂电的20%-25%和40%-60%)、大功率、大电流放电场景中低容量衰减率等特点。


Placed in the context of carbon neutrality, manufacturing, and energy industry transformation, the project develops a kind of aqueous Zn-based energy storage devices. The aqueous Zn-Ion battery can be commercialized locally in China at all stages, from raw materials to production and even post-processing. At the same time, the project caters to the research and development needs of next-generation electrochemical energy storage devices, and contributes to carbon neutrality and energy/manufacturing transformation. Besides, the battery can fill the market gap of lithium battery, with the characteristics of high-power density (about 10-20 times of lithium battery), low cost (cell and device cost are 20%-25% and 40%-60% of commercial lithium battery respectively), and low-capacity decay rate in high power and high current discharge scenario.
