海外员工看中国 | 上实集团徐鸣莉：积极参与生态环境保护“一带一路”项目合作

2017年，华裔姑娘徐鸣莉因专业缘故及自身兴趣，毕业后毅然选择加入了上实环境新加坡总部，负责行政人事及投资者关系工作。作为在中国水环保行业拥有领先地位的公司，上实环境主营业务涉及污水处理、供水、污泥处理及固废发电等。而新加坡作为世界重要的国际金融市场之一，为上实环境提供了新的融资机会，公司在东南亚市场的认知度得以提升。徐鸣莉认为，对于那些在中国环保建设行业寻求稳定红利的投资者来说，上实环境是非常有吸引力的选择。上实环境已在新加坡交易所上市，且与本地股东及监管机构保持着良好关系，为环境保护作出了积极贡献，也推动着环保基建的高质量发展。“未来，我期待能继续和公司一起成长进步。”她说。

style="box-sizing: border-box;">徐鸣莉谈到海外的中国企业与当地企业的文化异同，她觉得，差异主要体现在价值观上。“本地企业强调个体性，而中国的企业文化更讲究集体主义和人与人之间的相处。中国企业更人性化，这也是它的核心竞争力之一。”她说。比如，在新冠疫情期间，公司领导给予员工足够的关怀与理解，定期分发防疫物资以及“关怀包”。</span></p><p border-box;">疫情之前，徐鸣莉几乎每年都来中国出差，去过最多的地方就是上海。“上海对我来说一点也不陌生，因为我祖籍就是上海，打从懂事以来就听着老一辈的上海方言，吃着外婆亲手做的‘四大金刚’、小笼包、生煎包、锅贴等上海美食。”徐鸣莉笑着说，“我特别喜欢上海秋天的温度，也喜欢漫步在复兴路，边走边看梧桐树、落叶、老洋房和哥特式建筑。我感受到的上海，不单是现代化的城市，也是拥有人文情怀和文艺气息的城市。”徐鸣莉还说，在爷爷奶奶的讲述中，浦东并没有高楼大厦，东方明珠也还没有完工。但如今自己亲历的上海既繁华又现代，与祖辈分享的沪上记忆截然不同。</p></section></section><section
