12月8~9日，第六届中国生物药CMC国际峰会在苏州香格里拉酒店顺利召开，汉腾生物作为大湾区领军生物药CDMO企业，受邀参展。

此次峰会由百世传媒｜Best Media与中国药学会制药工程专业委员会共同主办，汇聚近千位医药同仁，就抗体、细胞基因治疗和核酸药物等领域展开130+场会议，共商行业发展大势与技术细节，助力生物医药的高质量发展。

汉腾生物携国内领先的生物药CDMO一站式解决方案精彩亮相，并由汉腾生物创始人兼CEO沈潇博士，汉腾生物副总裁Daniel Gao等多位高管，以及工作人员到场交流互动。汉腾生物的CDMO一站式解决方案包括了细胞株构建及开发、工艺开发、分析服务、中试生产、技术转移、GMP商业化生产和制剂罐装等技术服务，因其“7个月完成基因到三批GMP生产（高效）、高产商用CHO细胞株（可突破20g/L）、GEX^®独家创新人源细胞系平台和复杂生物样品结构分析”等特色优势，吸引了不少观众驻足咨询。

在上游峰会论坛中，沈潇博士为观众带来了主题为“强化工艺降低生物药开发成本”的精彩演讲。他认为，放大生产规模、建立当地供应（链）和生物技术创新是降低生物药开发成本的三大途径，汉腾生物采用的主要途径是生物技术创新，即通过强化工艺来降低药物开发成本。

沈潇博士指出，与放大生产规模的思路相反，强化工艺是指在更小的反应器里通过工艺优化去实现更高质量的目标产物，这其中不仅是工艺规模的减少，还包括时间与费用的成本降低。强化工艺可以提高运营效率，加速药物研发进度。

工艺强化后具备更小、更清洁、更快和更高效的特点

沈潇博士分别从细胞株构建、上游工艺和下游工艺三方面详细介绍了汉腾生物的工艺强化特点：

标准的细胞株构建环节需要3-6个月的时间，而汉腾生物经过强化工艺之后可将时间短缩至2个月，创新技术要点在于自动化技术、CHOzen^®和GLYCOEXPRESS^® 细胞株、Canvector^® 表达载体以及自主产权的CHO-Rise^® 高产培养基等。

基于稳定的上游工艺平台，汉腾生物建立了加强型补料批培养开发平台（C-Boost^TM）。加强型补料批培养是在补料批培养基础上，通过进一步的培养基优化、补料策略及培养模式改进，提高生产罐的细胞接种密度，使生产的目标产物的滴度达到更高水平，并缩短上游生产周期。

另一方面，为了使细胞在整个培养过程中保持流体动力学的环境，汉腾生物使用了环轨式生物反应器工艺平台，该工艺具有混匀效果好，气液交换充分，低剪切力，可放大性好（10mL-2500L），工艺稳定等特点。此外，环轨式生物反应器使用相对灵活，例如，一个15L反应器可以支持原液从1L-15L不同体积的变更，无需使用不同容量的反应器。目前汉腾生物环轨式生物反应器罐体容量有10L-200L，2500L环轨反应器将于明年上半年正式投入生产运营。（PS：如果您对2500L环轨反应器感兴趣，可点击“阅读原文”预约报名参观噢。）
