海外员工看中国 | 上汽集团潘睿君：从无到有，见证首辆中国品牌汽车从印尼新工厂下线

在印尼一家美国汽车公司工作多年的潘睿君，2015年11月加入到上汽通用五菱印尼汽车有限公司。“为第一家在印度尼西亚开展业务的中国汽车制造公司工作，意味着将面临新的挑战。当第一辆车下线时，我感到非常自豪和骄傲！总有一天我会告诉孙辈，你们的祖父是那个成功公司的一员。”

站在2022年这个时间窗口，五菱品牌的成绩回应了潘睿君对“成功公司”的期待。就在8月，上汽通用五菱首款新能源车Air ev（右舵版）首站登陆印尼，这款车的下线也标志着五菱新能源仅用5年时间就实现了销量破100万辆的成绩，成为全球最快达成新能源百万辆目标的车企。

10px;">6年多前，潘睿君加入五菱印尼公司时，公司还处在工厂刚起步建设的阶段。“我当时看到的就是一片平地。我被聘为制造业务的负责人，职责包括监督冲压车间、车身车间、油漆车间和总装车间的施工，以及支持生产活动的其他方面，包括安保、人力资源等。”<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">建厂时的艰辛还历历在目。“正逢印尼雨季，泥土潮湿，有好几个月没法施工，建设方挖的一个5米深的坑，转眼就成了一个巨大的蓄水池。建厂的时间很紧，团队非常辛苦。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">印尼团队最终迎来了第一辆车离开装配线的时刻。“就在那一刻，你忘记了所有艰难的时候、所有的争论，以及对无法按时完成项目的担忧。我们迎来了一个新的里程碑，当然之后仍有更多的路要走，需要一步一个脚印地扎实前进。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">潘睿君坦言，五菱产品一开始在印尼市场上并不被看好。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">消费者的信心是靠五菱一款一款的车建立起来的。“我侄女、一些朋友还有邻居都购买了五菱产品，到目前为止，他们都给出了正面的反馈。买车的过程很长，他们问了很多问题才预付了定金。最终，他们喜欢这些产品，因为价格合理且技术性能让他们觉得物有所值。”潘睿君介绍道。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">潘睿君认为五菱印尼公司给自己带来了完全不同的体验。“从一开始，最高管理层就承诺，该公司是会长期存在的，在未来的某个时候，它将主要由印尼当地人经营。我觉得公司也特别关注员工的福利、机会和发展，具有强烈的‘家’理念。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">五菱印尼公司通过与当地公司包括安保提供商、餐饮提供商、清洁服务供应商以及部件供应商等签订合同，来支持印尼本地的企业经营。公司还向周边社区提供企业社会责任活动，如在当地种树、为当地居民赠送节日庆祝的特别礼物等。“除了产品服务，我们还通过这些具体的事情改变印尼人民对中国公司的看法。”潘睿君说。</p></section></section><section 10px;">在潘睿君心中，对中国的印象与感受，十分具体和生动，1996年7月，因为工作关系，他第一次来到中国。“这是一次令人大开眼界的经历，因为当时中国刚刚对外开放。”不久后，他搬到了上海，在通用汽车中国公司（GM China）和上汽通用汽车（SGM）一直工作到2000年初。“对上海最大的感受就是发展很快，每次去都不一样。外滩、南京路都是特别美好的地方。”<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;">在中国工作和生活期间，他经历了许多难忘的事情。“探索中国大陆的一些城市，对潜在供应商做评估，吃异国风味的食物，学会如何喝茅台酒，在酒店睡很硬的床板，喝保温瓶里的热水，夏天有藤木床，还有丰盛的中式早餐……”这些记忆十分细碎，却一直留存在他的脑海深处。“我的中国同事都非常热情，乐于助人。我从他们那里学到了很多关于文化的知识。他们工作非常努力、勤奋。”</p><p>在中国工作期间，潘睿君努力学习汉语，他认为中文以后也将成为国际语言，但自嘲坚持的时间不够长，始终无法流利地掌握。“不过，用中文告诉出租车司机要去哪儿，在餐厅和酒吧点简单的食物，我都没问题。尽管我不会读和说，但我仍然关注中国的新闻，因为它在影响着全球。”</p></section></section><section
